An Announcement - HT deliver power services to South Africa plant

Hayward Tyler Global Services (“HTGS”), a division of Hayward Tyler Ltd – a leading manufacturer, supplier and service repairer of pumps and motors – has successfully delivered essential power goods to the Kendal Power Station in South Africa, following the lifting of some trade restrictions. Further, HTGS has placed a full time engineer at the site to supervise the electrical and mechanical overhaul of two Hayward Tyler Boiler Water Circulation Pumps (“BWCP's”).

Kendal Power Station was built between 1982 and 1993 with the first Hayward Tyler BWCP installed in 1988. Kendal is equipped with 3 Hayward Tyler BWCP's on each installed boiler with a total of 18 pumps installed on the total 6 Kendal Units. These generate a total of 4110 MW, each unit having a generating capacity of 686 MW.

Hayward Tyler has over 2,500 BWCP’s installed worldwide and HTGS provide around the clock support including on and off-site maintenance and repair, spare parts and performance testing for their own and other OEM pumps and motors, for both power generation and offshore oil and gas industries.
